Description:
Yarkon 124 reinterprets the language of the White City by merging Bauhaus principles with sculptural fluidity. The design carves into a solid mass to form generous openings toward the sea, allowing light and views to flow freely. Each curve is shaped as a thoughtful subtraction—transforming the building into an urban sculpture that balances modern elegance with Tel Aviv’s architectural heritage. All projects marked accordingly were carried out during my employment at AVT Architecture, under the direction of Tomer and Annie Harari.
Making the building accessible to passers-by on the street and make its commercial parts on a scale suitable for human beings.
Opening access paths depending on the size of the street while creating a square in the middle of the building that is surrounded by another kind of green squares on the roofs of the buildings.
