This project challenges the rigidity of high-rise design through a dynamic, wave-like facade. The building is wrapped in a series of vertical white fins that undulate across the surface, creating a "rippled" effect that changes with the sun’s movement. This poetic skin softens the building’s monumental scale, allowing it to interact gracefully with the surrounding waterfront and landscape. It is a structure that doesn't just stand; it flows.
